The three-day workshop held by Education Ministry closed with the interest for foundation of the institute which is relied upon to drive the need of national development.At a public interview hung on Friday, Education Secretary, Shanta Bahadur Shrestha, said the foundation holding an identical status of a varsity will be set up inside a year after plan of fundamental laws.
