Sheik Mohammed receptacle Rashid Al Maktoum (Arabic: محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم; Muḥammad canister Rāshid al Maktūm; conceived 15 July 1949), is the VP and leader of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Emir of Dubai.[1] Since his promotion in 2006, after the demise of his sibling Sheik Maktoum, he has attempted changes in the UAE's administration, beginning with the UAE Federal Government Strategy in April, 2007. In 2010 he propelled the UAE vision 2021 with the point of making the UAE one of the best nations on the planet by 2021.[2]
