The family who were butchered in the A34 cr@ash are among more than 50 people to have passed on or persevered wounds at the "blackspot" in just five years.
Tracy Houghton's Vauxhall Corsa was shunted under a lorry in the midst of the eight-vehicle cr@ush on the northbound stretch out of road in Berkshire.
The 45-year-old passed on in the disaster on Wednesday, near to her kids, Ethan, 13, and Josh, 11, and her associate's 11-year-old young lady, Aimee Goldsmith.
Their passings were seen by Aimee's frightened father, Mark Goldsmith, who was going behind the Vauxhall in an auto with his 13-year-old kid, Jake.
A 30-year-old man - who is yet to be recognized - has since been caught on uncertainty of realizing passing by dangerous driving and protected by police
